One of the best (and most expensive) hotels in Famagusta is the Palm Beach, near the town of Maras and 50 kilometers from the Ercan Airport. It has a large pool, turkish bath, great view to the sea, the staff is professional and it's very clean. I don't remember the prices, but they are more expensive than what you might expect.
