There are zillions of restaurants with fish on the menu in Cyprus, but this one got my attention. They serve trout, which you don't find easily in Cyprus, and they cook it exquisitely. Try the trout with butter sauce, you'll get my point. The prices are not cheap, but the quality is great. It's on the main street in Kakopetria, easy to find.
