You could try the Palm Beach Hotel in Larnaca, which I think is one of the best you could find there. It's a four star hotel, the staff are English-speaking and friendly, everything is clean and they have even a pool with unlimited access for guests. Do your best to book a room with a view to the sea, you won't regret it! The food could be better, but nothing really to complain.
