There isn't a lot to be said about night life in Larnaca. Your best bet is to go on the so-called "promenade" at night and you'll find many interesting pubs, night clubs, discos and restaurants. One of the nicest pubs on the promenade is The Bailey, they serve European beer and it feels very European. The only downside is that it's not very clean.
