If you're going to eat out in Polis you should absolutely choose a fish restaurant, and most of them are just that. The menus and dishes are quite similar from one restaurant to another, but one that I still remember was the Arsinoe restaurant in the center of Polis. They let you handpick all the freshly caught fish that you'd like to have and cook it in minutes, with wine, feta cheese and salads cooked on the spot as well. Everything is very rustic and the people are very friendly, it's something not to miss.
