I am very fond of visiting Greek Orthodox churches. Do you know any churches or monasteries in Polis?(give a different answer) .
I only know two monasteries in that area, but they are the most beautiful. The first is the Khrysorroyiatissa monastery, near the village of Panayia, built near a mountain road, with a stunning view over cultivated lands. The second one is the Kykkos monastery, founded in the 11th century. It is placed on a peak in the north-west of the Troodos and is known for the very beautiful paintings on its walls.
